Australian Customers - 
For the safety of you our customers, and our drivers we have introduced contact-free delivery. How will the delivery work:
The driver will knock or ring the bell, place your order on the ground and step away.
If your present at the delivery address, they will have the authority to note your full name instead of obtaining a physical signature.
If the delivery address is unattended and the driver considers there to be a safe area to leave the goods, the ATL(Authority To Leave) process will be followed and no name obtained.
Once your order is left in a safe area, delivery drivers will do their best to make a note of the location or take a picture as proof of delivery.
International Customers -

DOMESTIC DELIVERY        

SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders placed before 5pm each business day will be dispatched on the following business day. Public holidays and other local events may affect this.
Please note:
Where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.
Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties/taxes.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

All orders are tracked by the delivery carrier.
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left our distribution centre

HOME DELIVERY

If you are not present at the nominated address to accept delivery, a calling card will be left in your letterbox indicating the collection point from which you can collect your parcel (you will need to present photo ID and the tracking information to collect your parcel)
